Our Managing Director Ashley has worked at W.Bruford since 2000 and has over 35 years experience in the watch and jewellery trade.

Ashley has a wealth of watch and jewellery knowledge and has completed a vast array training courses from both manufacturers and external providers, including a factory visit to Rolex Geneva.

With his personal highlight being playing golf with Rolex and Matteo Mannasero in the Celebrity Pro AM at Wentworth, Ashley is a regular attendee at many trade events to take W.Bruford to the next level of product offering and customer service.

With almost 19 years experience in the watch and jewellery trade, all of which being as part of the team at W.Bruford, Berni is our Stock Controller and responsible for the administration of all stock in our stores.

Starting her W.Bruford career working on the shop floor, Berni's most memorable sale was a single stone diamond ring which she sold for £25,000. The customer had recently lost her husband and she wished to purchase a piece of jewellery to remember him by, and be something that she would love and cherish.

Berni also deals with the administration our pre-owned watches and jewellery, and loves that each item has their own story and history.

Having worked at W.Bruford for 8 years, Bianca is our Head of Marketing and Events and is responsible for all our print and digital marketing and organises all of our in store and external events.

With a passion for jewellery, Bianca studied design, metalwork and jewellery at university and went on to win the 2007 Pewter Live competition from which department store John Lewis approached her with regards to selling her designs in their Christmas collection.

Experienced in both our fashion and luxury watch and jewellery brands, Bianca often attends events to ensure that we bring you the latest information, as soon as we receive it from our brands.

A part of the W.Bruford team for the past 17 years, Cherie has over 30 years experience in the watch and jewellery industry and is our Jewellery Department Manager at our Cornfield Road store.

With a wealth of qualifications including Jet 1 and 2 Jewellery diplomas and brand training from ROLEX, Breitling, Omega, Longines, Tissot and TAG Heuer, Cherie is also responsible for our pre-owned jewellery and carries out our probate valuations.

Cherie's biggest achievement is getting into a helicopter and flying over the Hoover Dam (when she's hates flying), as part of a diamond training event.

With a total of 30 years experience in the watch and jewellery industry, Jo has worked at W.Bruford for the last 9 years and is based at our Cornfield Road store.

Jo's favourite part of her role at W.Bruford is helping people achieve a dream - whether it be the 90 year man buying his first Rolex, an 18 year old starting out on their Swiss watch journey, or a couple getting engaged and the 3 of you are the only people who know about it at this time.

With previous experience in clothing retail, Louise joined the W.Bruford team in 2014 and is a Supervisor at our Arndale Centre store.

Also the store's Thomas Sabo Brand Ambassador, Louise has a passion for jewellery that tells a story, with her favourite brands being Thomas Sabo, Clogau and ChloBo, because of their ability to do this.

With her most precious piece of jewellery being her engagement ring as it was solely chosen by her husband, Louise's biggest achievement is her 7 year old daughter.

Starting her W.Bruford career in 1999, Maureen is our Repairs Clerk, and liaises with all our manufacturer's regarding our customer repairs.

Maureen has an array of knowledge and experience in relation to our repairs and valuations services and has completed both her Jet 1 and Jet 2 Retail Jewellery Training Courses.

With her favourite piece of jewellery being her engagement ring as it signifies the commitment that her and her husband made to one another, Maureen's biggest achievement is leaving her close knit family in Liverpool to start a new life with her 'Southerner' husband to be - over 40 years ago.

A part of the W.Bruford team for over 5 years, Maxine is one of our Sales Assistants and is based at our Cornfield Road store.

Having completed product training with brands including Tudor and Longines, Maxine is a knowledgeable and friendly member of our team and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

With her most precious piece of jewellery being her Pandora Dragonfly pendant which was given to her by her late best friend, Maxine's favourite moment of working at W.Bruford was serving comedian Jethro, but not recognising him until she informed him that he sounded just like Jethro.

Having worked at W.Bruford for over 10 years, Penny is our Jewellery and Bridal Department Manager  and is based at our Arndale Centre store.

During her time at W.Bruford, Penny has been fortunate enough to attend many high-profile events including the Glamour Magazine Woman of the Year Awards and the BAFTA's - both of which are personal highlights.

With previous experience in luxury retail, Sabrina is a Supervisor at our Arndale Centre store and has worked at W.Bruford for 6 years.

With a passion for watches, Sabrina is also our Watch Ambassador and has a wealth of experience and knowledge thanks to the various branded training programmes she has completed.

With her most precious pieces of jewellery being her wedding and engagement rings, Sabrina's biggest life achievement is having her daughter.

With a passion for Swiss watches, Simon is our Watch Sales Manager and has worked at W.Bruford for 9 years.

With over 38 years of experience in the watch and jewellery industry, Simon has completed a vast range of product training from brands including ROLEX, Breitling and Omega and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Simon has been involved in many memorable sales over the years, but his most memorable involved the sale of a customer's vintage Rolex watch for over £50,000 when the customer's original expectation was approximately £1200. The watch in question had been left to the couple by a late relative, and they had no idea the item was worth so much, due to its rare dial.

Being a part of the W.Bruford team for the past 8 years, Wendy is our Aftersales Manager and is responsible for our repairs department.

With a wealth of product knowledge after completing her Retail Jewellery Diploma's 1 & 2, and participating in training from brands including ROLEX, Longines and Brown and Newirth, Wendy is happy to answer any queries relating to your repair.

A part of the W.Bruford team for the last 3 years, Yasmine is a Sales Assistant at our Arndale Centre store and is also our Swarovski Brand Ambassador.

With a love for jewellery that is easy to wear, Yasmine has a passion for our Bridal jewellery collections and always enjoys helping couples choose the perfect engagement and wedding rings.

With 30 years experience in finance, Yvet is our Financial Controller and has worked at W.Bruford since August 2015. 

Preferring smaller pieces of jewellery such as single stone diamonds pendants, Yvet's most precious pieces of jewellery are her Tiffany engagement and wedding rings.

With her biggest life achievement being her two daughters, Yvet enjoys being part of the great team at W.Bruford and loves the challenge that each day brings.
