Spread The Cost at Brufords
At Brufords, we understand that sometimes you'd prefer to spread the cost when it comes to your watch or jewellery purchase, which is why we are proud to be partnered with V12 Retail Finance and able to offer two finance options for eligible orders:
Buy today and spread the cost for up to 3 years with 0% APR. Available on all purchases over £300 excluding Rolex, smartwatches, sale items, pre-owned products and other selected items, the interest free option is our most popular choice.
You can also split the balance of your smartwatch, sale or pre-owned products up to 36 months, with an interest rate of 15.9% APR.
All our eligible products have a handy finance calculator feature, so you can alter the deposit (minimum 10% - maximum 50%) and terms to suit your needs, before you decide to proceed with the application.
When you are ready to make your purchase, simply add the items to your basket, review and complete your order. You will then be directed to complete your finance application.
Who is eligible to apply for finance?
Before completing a finance application, please ensure you can satisfy the following pre-check criteria:
- Age 18 or over
- Is, or partner is, in permanent paid employment, self-employed, retired or receiving a pension, working student or in receipt of disability benefit.
- Has been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years
- Has a debit/credit card in your name, which is registered to their address, in order to pay for the deposit (if applicable)
- Has a bank/building society current account available (you’ll need this to complete the direct debit instruction)
V12 Retail Finance do no permit Owners, Directors, Partners or Sole Traders to obtain finance to purchase goods from their own company.
When do my repayments start?
Either 4 weeks from the date the goods were shipped to you, or 4 weeks from the date of the finance agreement, whichever is the latest.
Once my application is approved, when will I receive the goods?
On confirmation of a signed credit agreement, we aim to despatch all online orders within 1-3 working days are per our usual delivery times. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery and usually arrive the next working day. On shipping, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the tracking information.
If you decline my application, what is the reason?
We understand that it can be disappointing if your application for credit is declined, and it is usually for one of the following reasons:
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria
- Adverse credit reference agency information
- You credit score
- You are considered to be overcommitted financially
- Your existing account performance with other lenders
If you wish to discuss the decision of your application, we advise all customers to obtain an up-to-date copy of their credit report (through TransUnion, Equifax or Experian) and then contact V12 by phone on 02920 468916 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org where they aim to respond within 24 hours. At Brufords, we are not notified as to why an application is declined, and therefore it is best to contact V12 directly.
Can I request delivery to an address other than my home?
For security purposes, upon signing your finance agreement, V12 Retail Finance goods must be delivered to the address shown on your credit agreement. Click and collect is also not currently available on finance orders.
