Delivery

Orders under £100.00: £5.00 (Royal Mail Signed For Delivery).

Orders over £100.00: Free (Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive notification and the relevant tracking information.

Please note, items marked 'In-Store Only' are not available to purchase online due to brand restrictions. Please contact our store where our team will be happy to assist you.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return unworn to the address below within 28 days, along with all original packaging, documentation and returns form, for a full refund.

We recommend all returns are sent using a signed for delivery method, as we cannot be responsible for any returns until they reach us. We are also unable to refund any postage costs.

Once the item has been received by us, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note, for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept the return of earrings, unless they are deemed to be faulty.
