A true F1 prodigy, Dutchman Max Verstappen made history when he stepped onto the winner's podium at the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix to become the youngest Formula One race winner of all time. Combining audacity and talent, he quickly established himself as the most promising pilot of his generation, a status which has already been celebrated with two special edition timepieces in 2016 and 2017.
Continuing to work in collaboration with TAG Heuer, this virtuoso from the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team has created the design of a Special Edition Formula 1 watch which is limited to 1300 pieces, and embodies the driver's sporty and stylish persona.
Crafted from a combination of fine-brushed and polished stainless steel, the watch features a fixed steel and ceramic bezel with tachymeter scale in Verstappen's chosen black and red colourway, and is presented on a stainless steel and black ceramic bracelet. Powered by a quartz movement, the watch's 43mm case is water resistant to 200m and is finished with black dial marked with the pilot's racing number 33, and the colours of the Dutch flag on the right hand side.
