Price Match Terms & Conditions

By using this price match offer, you (referred to as “you/your”) acknowledge that any use of this offer, including transactions you make (“use/using”) is subject to terms and conditions of W.Bruford Ltd (“We!”).

• We will only price match the item if the requested retailer is an “officially authorised UK based stockist”.
• For a retailer to be recognised as an “officially authorised UK based stockist” they must fulfil conditions i), ii) and iii).

i.The retailer must have a physical trading presence on the UK high street.

ii.All the retailer’s stock and administration must be held at a UK registered address.

iii.Official accreditation that the requested retailer is an authorised brand agent must be held by the company, and be produced upon request and at our discretion.

• Requested retailers that operate a “Third Party Seller” policy are not eligible for the offer and can be refused at our discretion.
• At the time of sale, the item being sold in conjunction with the offer must be in stock and available for purchase with the requested retailer.
• As part of the policy, the price will be matched to that at the time of sale only. If there is any fluctuation in the requested price before the sale is made contract, then only the requested price at the time of sale is valid.
• We as a retailer reserve the right to meet the proposed price match to whatever degree is feasible, entirely at our own discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse any proposed retailer we do not feel meet the criteria for our price match policy, entirely at our own discretion.We as a retailer reserve the right to refuse or terminate the offer at any given time, entirely at our own discretion.
