At W.Bruford, we are committed to maintaining the health and safety of our staff and customers as we navigate these unprecedented times, and as a business we are continuing to monitor our policies and procedures to stay in line with government guidelines.
Our Stores
We are pleased to say that both our physical stores (Cornfield Road & The Beacon, Eastbourne) are currently open for business with a slight change to our opening times.

Monday-Saturday: 10am - 4.45pm
Sunday: 10.30am - 4.00pm
W.Bruford Cornfield Road Opening Hours
Monday - Friday: 10am - 4.45pm
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
To protect both out staff and customers, we are currently limiting the number of people in store at one time, so there may be a short wait until a member of staff becomes available, or we are also offering a bespoke appointment service (see below). As per government guidelines, the wearing of masks is compulsory in our stores (unless exempt) & if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. On entering the store, you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided.
Bespoke Appointments
We understand that you may not feel comfortable visiting us in store right now which is why we are offering a bespoke appointment service. Available in store and online, contact us today to discuss your requirements.
Shopping Online
Our website wbruford.com is open for all your online shopping needs. Contactless delivery is available courtesy of Royal Mail & rest assured that strict hygiene measures are in place during the despatch process.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all online orders within 1-3 working days, but please note that during these difficult times there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive notification and the relevant tracking information.
Orders under £100.00: £5.00 (Royal Mail Signed For Delivery).
Orders over £100.00: Free (Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery).
*Please note, orders placed between 12pm (midday) on Friday and 12pm (midday) on Monday, will be despatched on the Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Items marked 'In-Store Only' are not available to purchase online due to brand restrictions but please contact our team who will be happy to assist you.
Click & Collect
If you have chosen "Click & Collect" at the time of placing your order, please do not arrive to collect your order without prior notification that your order is ready for collection.
For security and identification, please bring the following on collection:
- Order Confirmation
- The card used to place the order
- ID in the form of either a driving license, passport or recent utility bill.
Collection without the above will mean we are unable to give out your order and you will be asked to return at a later date.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return unworn within 28 days, along with all original packaging, documentation and returns form, for a full refund (this excludes gift cards, personalised or bespoke items unless they are deemed faulty). Our full returns policy can be found HERE.
